As Director, Data Analytics, you will define and lead Xplore’s analytics vision, with the focus on directly supporting the Customer Office through trusted, actionable, and timely insights. This position follows a hybrid work model requiring 3 days a week at our Markham office.  This role is critical to helping the business better understand customer behavior, improve customer experience, optimize sales and service performance, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
