Director, Corporate Project

Primary Location: Home Based, Canada or US

Reports to: VP, Eng., Business & Operational Excellence

Compensation: $220,000 - $230,000 (base salary; bonus, benefits, pension contributions and/or incentives not included)

About the Role

The Director, Corporate Project is responsible for leading the Capital Projects Team in the execution of capital projects. They manage the overall capital budget for the organization, which includes both sustenance capital and organic growth capital, and collaborate with manufacturing, reliability, EHS, and process safety on priorities. The director drives Chemtrade’s Project Management Process (CPMP) to ensure effective definition, prioritization, and execution of projects, applying standard project management processes across projects run by the Capital Projects Team or Site Resources.
