Responsibilities
Manage projects and monitor the quality of work performed on construction-related dispute and advisory engagements, including construction delay, lost productivity, time impact studies, project scheduling, project cost assessment arising in litigation context, insurance claims, and proactive advisory services. Lead the planning and execution of construction claims‑related services, including compiling financial data, performing analysis and preparing recommendations in matters of dispute management, dispute avoidance, and project planning & controls. Correspond with clients, contractors, project owners, developers, lawyers, construction project teams, insurance adjusters, and internal contacts to discuss file issues and present findings. Develop and maintain client relationships at the highest level, including accountability for most operational aspects of client engagement. Attend client sites to perform work as required.
