Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of 10 experts (bioinformatics, biomathematics, physics, medicinal chemistry) to foster innovation and scientific excellence
Drive initiatives leveraging large-scale internal and external omics datasets in oncology to uncover novel insights (disease mechanisms, targets, biomarkers)
Design, optimize, and manage bioinformatics pipelines and high-throughput workflows
Ensure data quality, integrity, reproducibility, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards
Apply advanced statistical and AI/ML methods to model biological systems and predict therapeutic outcomes
Collaborate with LIMS, IT, and clinical data teams to integrate workflows into research and clinical pipelines
Represent bioinformatics internally and externally, building strong collaborations with academic and industry partners
