Provide legal guidance and strategic direction on corporate and commercial matters including negotiations, support for business development, partnerships, and joint ventures.
Provide management and legal oversight of public disclosures as required.
Provide legal support for all operational matters, including asset management, shipper services, information technology, land issues, contractual arrangements, and negotiations with upstream and downstream stakeholders.
Protect intellectual property and prepare and negotiate licensing agreements, real property, and commercial licensing matters.
Support confidentiality and non‑disclosure agreements as needed.
Advise on supply chain planning, contracts, procurement, logistics, and material management activities related to Trans Mountain’s existing business.
Support business groups with contractor reviews and management.
