The role is critical in transforming Global Auto Hub from a real‑estate‑led project into a recognized regional and international automotive marketplace and ecosystem platform.
Commercial Strategy & Tenant Acquisition - Develop and execute the commercial go‑to‑market strategy for Global Auto Hub.
- Identify and attract automotive traders, used vehicle exporters, fleet operators, auction houses, logistics companies, inspection and certification providers, refurbishment and service operators.
- Develop tenant acquisition strategies for showrooms, warehouses, workshops, logistics and storage facilities.
- Build and manage commercial pipeline and prospect database.
- Lead commercial negotiations and leasing discussions.
- Support pricing strategy development and commercial positioning.
