The Clinical Operations Director is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and commercial growth of Phoenix Clinical Research. This role oversees global Clinical Operations while actively driving business development initiatives, ensuring high-quality clinical trial delivery, strong client relationships, and sustained organizational growth.

- Provide strategic leadership to Clinical Operations across all regions, ensuring quality, compliance, and consistency.
- Oversee clinical project delivery in line with ICH‑GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and client expectations.
- Monitor and improve clinical monitoring practices and operational performance.
