Director, Client Portfolio Management – Private Credit

Location: Singapore or Hong Kong

Job Summary

We are looking for a Director, Client Portfolio Management to join our Singapore office. Client Portfolio Managers work in close partnership and coordination with investment teams and sales as well as other stakeholders within the organization as subject matter experts, focusing on business development, client servicing and product development for certain investment strategies. This position will preferably be located in Singapore, although candidates in Hong Kong will also be considered. The role will support all Barings private credit strategies (portfolio finance, infrastructure debt, asset‑based finance, private placements, direct lending, capital solutions) with a primary focus on portfolio finance and infrastructure debt.
