The Regional Director provides administrative direction and coordination within the Centralized Clinical Admitting department of the Clinical Command Center. This individual manages health-system business and operational activities for efficiency and compliance. The Regional Director helps to establish short and long term goals and objectives for the department and applicable system units, in line with Mount Sinai Health System, as well as with federal, state and city regulatory agencies.
The incumbent directs and administers system-wide programs designed to develop, enhance and support the standardized goals and operational and strategic plans within multiple departments within the enterprise and will travel within the enterprise to implement these plans and monitor its compliance. This position requires regular on-site presence across multiple health system hospitals to support operations, staff engagement and leadership presence.
