**Role Summary** Leads the development and execution of division-wide strategy with a strong focus on quality, compliance, and inventory integrity across the Specialty Division network. Accountable for translating business strategy into measurable outcomes by driving variance performance, regulatory compliance (Health & Wellness), and operational excellence.
