**Position Summary...**
The Director, Global Capability Development, will lead the design, build, and global rollout of the operating model supporting Spark Driver Earnings, Tax, and Compliance. This leader will architect scalable global frameworks including service placement, governance structures, taxonomy, SOPs, controls, and rollout strategy to enable compliant, efficient expansion across international markets. This role is responsible for building the capability — not running day-to-day operations — and will establish the foundation for long-term global execution teams.
