As a Director in our Work, Rewards and Careers practice, you will collaborate with some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop deep and cutting-edge technical knowledge and skills. You will manage consulting projects while providing input to senior colleagues and overseeing and quality-reviewing junior staff’s work. You may also serve as project lead on projects of smaller scope.

Our Projects Range in scope from specific solutions to broad cross-LOB engagements, such as support for M&A transactions, total rewards strategy and optimization.
