**Key Responsibilities:**
Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Brand Value Chain Finance, this role is a critical part of the Brand Value Chain Finance organization structure evolution. Key Responsibilities include:
+ NPL COGS Reporting & Analytics: Own and lead New Product Launch (NPL) COGS/unit (and gross margin) analysis, ensuring strategic insights are delivered to drive margin improvement.
+ Right Cost First Time (RCFT) Leadership: Spearhead RCFT efforts for NPLs by ensuring cost-optimized packaging, formula development, and manufacturing processes are embedded from the outset.
+ COGS Optimization Analyses: Collaborate closely with Global Brand, Value Chain and Brand Finance teams to: i) identify opportunities, risks, and mitigation strategies, and ii) deploy tools and methodologies that support optimal regional manufacturing and sourcing strategies.
