The role owns overall brand building and advertising strategy, and provides oversight and accountability for content, brand campaigns, and social media as well. The aim is a clear, consistent brand that builds awareness, preference, and trust with the families and communities we serve.
The Director sets the brand’s strategic direction and overall brand platform – pillars, positioning, voice, visual identity, etc. – and evolves it based on the needs of the market and the organization. They work closely with senior leadership to tie the brand to business priorities and use consumer insight and performance data to keep sharpening it.
