The Director, Benefit Services will work in our fast-paced, vibrant environment to lead the optimization and delivery of our U.S. benefits technology ecosystem?supporting a workforce of over 140,000 US employees within a 250,000-employee global organization.

The Director of Benefits Services will be actively involved with the strategy, design, administration, and compliance of Aramark?s health & welfare and retirement programs as well as support other benefit programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proven, confident Benefits professional with a track record of providing solid service, advice and guidance to senior management, colleagues and employees.
