**Summary:**
The director is responsible for the development and overall operations of Arkansas Children’s behavioral health services including the eating disorders program, ECHO coordination, services for autism, behavioral health response teams, and other behavioral health programs as assigned. Responsibilities include business planning, execution of approved plans and leading operational areas to excellence. Responsible for integrating psychiatric and mental health services within the context of acute medical care provided in AC facilities, and will work closely with AC leaders and medical staff to ensure an inclusive approach to the care of children with such needs.
