Seeking for a seasoned Trade Support Specialist (Director / VP), to support the onboarding and offboarding of Portfolio managers, Brokers, and Trading systems across multiple asset classes. This role primarily support the front office business closely, ensures Trading platforms and related systems are correctly configured, maintained, and operationally ready for new business launches and strategy changes.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of: - Portfolio Managers and strategies, Brokers, Clearers, Trading platforms and market connectivity
Configure and maintain trading systems (OMS/EMS/PMS), including: - Broker setups, Exchange and market access enablement, Reference and static data
Provide application support for trading systems, including: - Incident triage, troubleshooting, and coordination with IT and vendors - Monitoring of system health and operational workflows
