This role is to lead and develop cross agency and client strategy at regional level that drives productivity and activity.
The role is the primary driver of MRA strategy and the continuous uplift of productivity through MDRT strategies, agency campaigns, convention and RO recognition platform. The person will also oversee maximizing leads generation and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities through existing customers, social media and digital sources.
This role will also collaborate with Client and Proposition to develop and roll out propositions for sales and recruitment.
