Strategic Planning and Execution
1.Formulate and drive the strategic development direction of after-sales service business, ensuring alignment with the overall strategy of the company and business unit (IFD).
2.Responsible for annual budgeting, target setting, and performance achievement of the after-sales service business.Team Management and Development
1.Lead the after-sales service team, including technical support of after-sales service, customer service, and service engineers, to enhance professional capabilities and service efficiency.
