**Position Summary...**
Walmart Connect’s Sales Leadership team is seeking an experienced Director to help scale and grow the Walmart Connect CTV Sales Specialist Team. This seasoned sales executive will own the strategy and implementation for a team of CTV Sales Specialists who carry quota for Walmart’s CTV offering. The Sales Specialist Team is a group of expert sellers who support the Enterprise Sales Team and the Agency Sales Team by collaborating on account strategy and delivering pitches for Walmart’s ad products.

The ideal candidate will successfully balance sales and program management showing an ability to create structure in a complex, cross-functional organization. This candidate should be an expert in CTV, including demonstrated ability to understand industry trends, customer needs, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Product, and Product Marketing teams.
