Director of Engineering – Advertising & Media Platforms

Your New Role: Lead the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions that support WBD’s advertising and media platforms. Focus on engineering excellence, scalability, reliability, and partnering with product and business teams.

Accountabilities

• Engineering Leadership & Delivery – Lead multiple engineering teams with clear ownership of delivery, quality, and operational reliability. Drive predictable execution, establish ownership culture, balance speed with sustainability, and mentor future leaders.
• System Design & Implementation – Own architecture and design decisions for scalable, high-performance AdTech systems across linear and digital ecosystems. Design fault‑tolerant, high‑availability distributed systems, balance latency, scalability, cost, and reliability, and review designs to unblock teams.
