**Description**
The Director, Account Management, SalonCentric leads channel strategy, sales performance, and retailer partnerships for Bumble and bumble, driving growth through account planning, insights, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, and sales analysis.
**Overall Strategy Development and Execution**
+ Develop account strategies that define omni-channel goals, sales priorities, and channel plans.
+ Use retailer and market insights to guide category, marketing, assortment, merchandising, promotion, and event priorities.
+ Build annual retailer and retailer.com activation calendars aligned to brand objectives.
+ Align account plans with corporate, North America, and brand strategies.
+ Represent account needs across product development, education, creative, marketing, and merchandising.
