**Role Overview**

**Sodexo Energy & Resource** is seeking a **Director 3 -** **Facilities Operations** for a major oil & gas company based onsite in **Richmond, CA** to manage both an administrative (technology center) and an industrial location (refinery). The **Director 3 - Facilities Operations** will be responsible for a budget of 25M and a team of direct reports and frontline employees. They will lead operations for all services (Hard and Soft) that Sodexo provides and in addition, will be needed to manage and oversee several of the client's critical business processes. This role is a critical component of our agile transformation journey with our client and will need to lead teams through significant change!
