Responsibilities

• Lead the finance team and contribute to overall strategy.
• Build financial structure, integrate subsidiaries, advise leadership.
• Support investments, strategic planning, and work closely with the French holding.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and business planning with management and holding.
• Oversee accounting, treasury, risk management, and compliance.
• Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Optimize costs, margins, and processes; implement KPIs.
• Develop and lead a high‑performing finance team.
• Manage certain administrative areas (insurance, contracts).

Profile

• Degree in finance/accounting (CPA required).
• 15+ years of senior finance experience, ideally in construction/engineering.
• Knowledge of long‑term contract revenue recognition.
• Experience in strategic or fast‑growth environments.
