Job Title: Direct Support Professional/One-on-One

Reports to: Residential Manager

Primary Responsibilities: To use best practices and technology within a community based residential setting to teach individuals with I/DD and behavioral challenges, how to acquire the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills needed to live as independently as possible. This position will be utilized as a direct support one-on-one staff which will be assigned to a specific resident to support their one-on-one needs. This position does have the option to work in schedule as a Direct Support Professional without a one-on-one assignment when additional hours are available. If a hired Direct Support Professional/One-on-One staff works in shift without a one-on-one assignment, that employee will be paid the rate of a DSP employee.
