YAI is opening a brand new residential program in Forest Hills!! We are looking for employees who are willing to work in Manhattan at the moment, and transfer to Queens when the new program opens.


We are offering full-time and part-time employment, and are looking for people who are interested in helping to build and open this amazing new facility for the people we support!


The Direct Support Professional (DSP) plays a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities or special needs. This position involves providing support in daily living activities, fostering independence, and promoting social engagement. The DSP will work closely with clients to implement care plans and ensure their well-being in a compassionate and respectful manner.
