Malaberg is seeking a Direct Mail Manager to manage a high-potential channel within our Retention team. This hands-on role requires strong commercial judgement and direct mail experience to coordinate effective sends across the UK and US markets.

The manager will work closely with in-house specialists to build audience lists and report on the return on ad spend (ROAS). Successful candidates should demonstrate experience managing vendors and operational tasks effectively.
