Job Summary:
Responsible for the operation of daily performance of the Radiology Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ability to select, train, motivate and develop subordinates as well as maintain department budget.Advises the senior management on Diagnostic technology initiatives and serves as a resource to departments and committees.Provides direction for the Radiologic staff in managing the day to day operations of Radiology.Oversees Joint Commission, TDH, regulatory, and unit compliance, maintaining a smooth functioning healthcare team and also serves as senior Radiologist Technologist advisor.
