Summary:


The Director of Primary Care – Administrative provides operational, clinical, and financial leadership for primary care services within the Northern Light Health Provider Network. This role is responsible for the performance of primary care practices across assigned areas, including quality, access, growth, and financial outcomes. In dyad partnership with the Physician Leader – Primary Care, this leader supports the implementation and execution of care delivery models that advance high-quality, patient-centered, and value-based primary care, aligned with enterprise strategy and organizational priorities.
