Responsibilities:
OnSemi is seeking a Director, Analog design, in Power Management group, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including DC-DC PMIC/POL, Multiphase controllers, Dr. MOS, AC-DC converters, LED drivers, SiC drivers, Switches and efuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. In this role, you will focus on the following:
Manage, hire, and mentor a diverse team of experienced and junior Analog IC design engineers Lead, motivate, provide training, and create career growth opportunities for the team Collaborate with overseas design and systems teams on technical aspects, IP development, sharing of know-how Provide technical leadership in driving architecture design and circuit design based on high-level specifications Own technical outcome of design, verification, implementation, and execution of Power Management ICs ...
