Position Overview
Looking for a Digital Workplace Service Delivery Lead to support the Digital Workplace Manager in the operational management of user services, the oversight of the outsourced Service Desk, and the delivery of projects aimed at modernising the workplace environment and collaborative tools. Requirements Key Responsibilities Act as the operational point of contact and support for the Digital Workplace Manager. Manage the outsourced Service Desk and associated service providers. Monitor SLAs, KPIs, action plans, and user escalations. Prepare and lead operational review meetings. Contribute to Windows 11, Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 projects. Improve ITSM processes and produce management reporting. Required Profile Minimum of 5 years experience in Digital Workplace, End User Computing, Service Management, or IT project management.
