Exp: 8 to 15 years

Location: Pan India

Job Description:

- Experience in Digital Workplace / End User Services

- Strong presales and solutioning experience across Service Desk, EUC, and OSS

- Proven expertise in experience-led EUC transformation using DEX platforms (Nexthink preferred)

- Extensive experience responding to large RFPs/RFIs for global enterprise customers

- Strong understanding of Common, Federated, and Hybrid operating models

- Hands-on knowledge of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred), endpoint and collaboration tools

- Service Desk – ITIL, SLAs, KPIs, XLAs, omni-channel support
