We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Jr Manager to join our team in Aguascalientes. This role will lead technology delivery and operations for regulated digital banking platforms, serving as a key liaison between technology, business, and compliance stakeholders.

A Day in the Life:

Serve as the main liaison between product, technology, compliance, and business teams, ensuring alignment and transparent communication. Oversee daily operations of digital banking technology systems, ensuring performance, availability, security, and regulatory compliance. Lead agile delivery across multiple Scrum teams, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and KPIs. Drive implementation of cybersecurity controls, incident response, audits, and vendor/SLA management. Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements into actionable delivery and execution plans.
