This is a deeply technical, hands-on role for a leader who is passionate about writing and deploying code. This role is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas and People Leadership. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. A good understanding of the industry, direct competitors' products and services, is also necessary in order to contribute to the commercial objectives of the business.
