About The Role

As Digital Services Manager, you will oversee a team of IT professionals responsible for the management, performance and support of our digital platforms, with a focus on third‑line operational support.

You will act as the link between technical teams, senior stakeholders and clients—ensuring services are reliable, secure, scalable and aligned to both current contractual obligations and evolving future needs.

You will lead the day‑to‑day management of all digital systems and core data warehouse solutions, ensuring stable, secure and high‑quality service delivery.
