Position Overview
Key Responsibilities • Managing Veeva platform-specific configurations and governance • Ensuring compliance with GxP requirements where applicable • Coordinating with Technical Service Owners and Business System Owners • Managing Key Users and training programs • Overseeing Veeva documentation management processes Looking after Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Issue Management. •Continuous support for the ongoing projects, migrations, generic releases and minor releases – hypercare process setup, hypercare meetings, trackers reporting, governance. •Managing and leading a group of support team members (vendors/contractors). Mentor and support junior configuration engineers and DevOps specialists, promoting a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing. •Assess and manage the impact of Veeva product releases (three times per year); plan and orchestrate remediation and upgrade activities with cross-functional teams. •Partner...
