The **Digital R&D Strategy & Operations Analyst** will support the execution of governance, portfolio operations, financial tracking and meeting administration across two Digital R&D areas: **Clinical Development and Pipeline & Project Analytics** teams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, structured, proactive, and comfortable working across business, digital, finance, procurement, and product teams. The role requires someone who can help turn strategic priorities into organized plans, track decisions and actions, prepare governance & administrative materials, and keep complex work moving in a fast-paced global environment.

The analyst will support driving operational discipline across digital product portfolios, governance forums, budget planning cycles, vendor/procurement activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
