Position Overview
Our Client, an EV Manufacturing company, is looking for a Digital Project Manager for their Palo Alto, CA/San Francisco, CA /Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Own Enterprise IT communications end-to-end — from messaging strategy and executive alignment through launch, adoption, and post-go-live reinforcement
- Lead OCM communications workstreams for high-stakes IT initiatives (system migrations, platform rollouts, policy changes), tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Manage recurring operational comms including maintenance windows, incident/outage updates, and proactive service advisories — maintaining timeliness, clarity, and a consistent IT voice
- Own and govern key IT communication channels (Slack, Google Sites, Confluence, newsletters) with accountability for content quality, cadence, and multi-modal audience engagement
