SUMMARY


This role is responsible for setup of client artwork into a usable format for programming and printing. This position will require attention to detail and a creative eye to ensure every detail of client art is maintained as well as edits to artwork during variable population. The Digital Production Artist must have good color acuity and be able to maintain color for digital print work as accurate as possible. This role requires color corrections by adjusting CMYK and/or Pantone builds to match to client demands. This role is also responsible for setup and editing letter texts/ graphics/fonts according to client’s instructions, using the client’s documents and mock-ups, in PC based software. Artwork must be built to function when programmed and this is attained using dummy data, variable text, variable images, and basic scripting for production jobs when necessary.
