Digital Product Manager - Ecommerce

Our client, a leading niche Ecommerce business in the North East is looking for a strong Digital Product Manager to join their team. 

The role will be on a hybrid basis, permanent and full-time. 

You will need to ideally have experience with Shopify, understand UX principles and be able to improve online customer journeys. You will have experience managing agencies, feeding into the CX strategy, data analysis and insight, A/B testing roadmaps, improving web performance and conversion optimisation, and liaise with teams across the business. 

You must be able to work well in teams, with a proactive and data-driven mindset, with exceptionally strong communications skills as you will be liaising with all levels of stakeholders.
