We have an opportunity for an experienced Digital Product Lead to join our team at AXA Health to oversee our customer-facing, technology-powered products and services within the Claims domain. In this role, you’ll lead a team of product owners responsible for defining, owning, and resolving customer and business challenges. Your expertise will guide the development and enhancement of our digital claims solutions, ensuring they are aligned with AXA Health’s strategic vision.

At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
