Digital Product Director - Retail

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Digital Product Director.

You will lead the digital product team focussing on improvements to their digital proposition and focusing on improving their user experience capabilities.

You will work with many departments and internal stakeholders including IT, Digital, Marketing, and UX. You will focus on the digital offering of this retail goliath and look at requirements and improvements. You will own all UX user research capabilities and create a team for a transparent working culture. You will focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.

To be considered you will have management experience and product management experience. You will have good project management experience and knowledge of UX.
