The main aim of the role is to follow the process of the department's projects with related teams and 3Rd party providers
Develop and execute the product and platform enhancement programs, and follow up on the road map
Actively contribute to UI/UX design processes in cross-functional projects, ensuring user-centred design principles are applied, and collaborating closely with design teams
Follow up KPIs regarding the products and align with the budget
Participate as a product referent at the working tables of cross-functional projects (e.g., new fully responsive websites, App development, new promo & loyalty), indicating needs and related requirements
Monitor results, competition, and market share, and implement any corrective actions
Coordinate the new Marketing tools to the gaming platform (mobile & web push, SMS, Optimise, etc.)
