Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Department/Operations, the Digital Platform Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management, performance, and continuous evolution of our digital platform. This role ensures the platform reliably delivers real-time visibility, instant notifications, and actionable insights that improve work zone safety, operational efficiency, and sustainability.
Acting as the bridge between technology, operations, customers, and partners, the Digital Platform Manager owns platform strategy, user experience, data integrity, and lifecycle performance to ensure it meets current and future market needs
