Position Overview
A Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:
- Plan, set up and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and other digital channels to drive new deposit users and funded accounts
- Monitor and improve key metrics (e.g. Cost per Deposit User, CAC, CVR, ROAS), using data analysis and A/B testing (creatives, audiences, bidding, landing pages) to continuously improve results
- Expand into new online marketing channels and ad formats, run test-and-learn experiments, and scale high-performing campaigns efficiently
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns to existing onboarded users (e.g. deposits, virtual/physical card applications, usage of key features), leveraging remarketing, lookalike audiences and segmentation
- Work closely with product, CRM, data, and creative teams to align messaging, user journeys, and landing pages for maximum conversion
