Digital marketing professional to work on a monthly basis

I need a digital marketing professional who can work with my team on a monthly basis. Weekly 3/4 post. Image content should be prepared and uploaded on social media platforms. Theme and in some cases content will be given. One video per week can be planned to post. If reach is good we can increase the monthly payment.
