Position Overview
The Account Manager is responsible for retention and growth of accounts assigned to them. This includes strengthening of existing relationship with existing clients. This role will work closely with the other departments to delivery high standard of account servicing and excellent client experience with the agency.
Job Responsibilities: - Account management to retain and grow the portfolio in order to achieve the renewal revenue target set for the year
- Act as the single point of contact between client and agency
- Attend campaign brief with clients
- To understand clients’ business/brand to provide recommendation in digital marketing solutions to achieve marketing objectives
- Maintain and strengthen relationship with existing clients assigned through regular contact via phone, email or face to face meeting
