We are looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & CRM Manager to lead our digital engagement strategies. This hybrid role combines content creation and community management with customer relationship oversight helping us build a strong online presence while nurturing customer loyalty and retention.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, CRM Coordinator, or a similar digital role
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong content creation and communication skills
- Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
