Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and lead the execution of all digital initiatives, including email, social media, and display advertising.
• Manage and scale high-performing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Continually monitor and improve website performance to optimize the user journey, traffic conversion, and ROI.
• Oversee the creative direction and management of content for the company blog, website, and social media platforms.
• Deep-dive into campaign performance data to prepare actionable reports and recommendations for senior management.
• Partner with Creative, Sales, and Product teams to ensure digital strategies are perfectly aligned with broader business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
