Role: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Chennai
Experience: 6+ years
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2C marketing strategies to drive awareness, traffic, conversions, and customer loyalty.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns across paid media (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.), SEO, email, and SMS marketing.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging, content, and visual assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Own the customer journey, from awareness to post-purchase engagement, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
- Analyze performance metrics and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams
